The Democrats, their Big Media and Big Tech giants all claim Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the election of 2020. They say Biden is the 46th President of the United States.

Mike Pence didn't resign as Indiana governor until January 9, 2017. Biden didn't resign from the Senate until January 15, 2009. Al Gore resigned on January 2, 1993. Dan Quayle resigned on January 3, 1989. The fact that Harris hasn't resigned means absolutely nothing. By not resigning she gets to vote against anything Trump tries to get through and it's a paycheck as well.

Right. Assuming Biden pulls off this fraudulent election, Harris need not resign before Inauguration Day.
Plus, most politicians are grifters at heart. If Harris resigned now she’d miss out on two months of Senate pay and benefits.
Because there is no drama involved. What’s to hype? Everyone knows Harris will be replaced with a leftist.

She has an office, a staff, a paycheck and benefits, no real job accountability as a US Senator, access to other legislators and staffers, work email and office phone lines, her new (assuming nothing changes in the trajectory of the next few weeks) job involves basically hanging around the senate, and by all rights she is still a sitting US Senator until her situation changes. There’s probably a heap of pending legislation that they want to muscle through if they can and Harris just got enough pull to start getting her way in the write-up meetings. I don’t know what the hubbub is.
