Regardless of where, if the election can be ruled unconstitutional the decision will be made by the state house of representatives and the majority of them are republican.
If it is ruled that the methods violated the requirements of the Constitution the validity of the ballots will be a moot point.
I saw something about that. You and I both know it is a long shot. I would much rather something easier to grasp happen, something like the GA recount showing a big difference proving machine fraud. Then you have the whole country saying "Oh ****". But I am thinking that is a long shot too. But we are spending the money and the effort here in GA, so I am proud of at least that and waiting for the results.
Don’t forget that the latest appointees to the supreme court will, if they serve as they represented themselves, be much more interested in upholding the Constitution than they are in counting ballots and determining which are valid and which are not.
The Constitution may yet save us.
