The comment is from the person who thought only a 100% hand recount could be depended on in GA. Well, that is what we got!
If you know a way to identify a fraudulent ballot from a valid one, let me know. The BEST we can do is identify the total quantity of potential fraud and compare that to the vote difference. If it is substantially more than the difference, then the courts might listen.
Observers who can’t observe... aren’t observers.
Seems pretty obvious, and well enough validated in precedent... that the failure to properly empower observers in the original election, and the failure to empower observers in the “faux audit”... are essentially of the same cloth... invalidating the legitimacy of the process... including the certification... only having the certification being a knowing crime if they do cross that threshold ?

You COMPLY WITH THE LAW... by allowing observers to observe, including that it is THEY who are supposed to be checking signatures. Checking signatures is the way ballot fraud is stopped... and the way ballot fraud is enabled in Georgia, is by disallowing the proper oversight THAT THE LAW REQUIRES.
