Its not a recount, they are not even looking at actual ballots. They are counting duplicate ballots generated by the same equipment that counted them in the first place. JoSixChip, do some research and at least be open to being informed on the matter. Or informing me. But what you posted simply isn't true.

I saw a story this morning saying that Trump has filed an action in PA, I think it was, claiming the election is unconstitutional for the reason that numerous constitutional requirements were intentionally violated....or maybe it was in MI.
Regardless of where, if the election can be ruled unconstitutional the decision will be made by the state house of representatives and the majority of them are republican.
If it is ruled that the methods violated the requirements of the Constitution the validity of the ballots will be a moot point.
