Is Joe Biden reaching the point of no return mentally? That’s the word from Dan Bongino, who shared earlier today that he’s hearing from sources close to the situation that Joe Biden is worsening and that Democrats will have a decision to make soon.

Not a joke and not hyperbole – I’m hearing from people close to the situation that Biden’s cognitive decline is rapidly worsening and is becoming increasingly difficult to mask. The Democrats are going to have to make a decision soon.

We’ve all seen how hard Biden’s campaign is working to hide his mental degradation. This is a guy who can’t give a short press conference without a list of hand chosen reporters to call on and detailed notes on how to answer basic questions. Absolutely nothing he does anymore is off the cuff, which is why said press conferences only happen ever three to four months. His speeches are short and even his most scripted moments are painful to watch. He’s been doing live streams from his basement and routinely forgets that he’s talking to a recording. Just the other day, he forgot where he was again, a very common theme from many of his public appearances.
There’s no question that his mind is going and that it is having a profound impact on his ability to campaign. Nothing has saved his presidential run more than coronavirus, which has provided a built in excuse to stay out of normal situations candidates usually face. Can you imagine what Biden would be like if he were expected to actually get out every day and campaign? It wouldn’t be pretty.
Given that, I suspect Bongino is on the money here. The only real question is whether the Democrats will try to ride this out through November or if they’ll make a move to a different nominee. The second option is likely difficult, as there’s noway Bernie Sanders would not accept being the nominee given he came in a solid second place. More importantly, there’s noway his super fans would accept that. The idea that Democrats could cast aside Biden and put up Elizabeth Warren or someone similar seems far-fetched to me.
That leads to me to what I think will happen. I think the Democrats simply ride this out. I think they are so arrogant that they believe Biden can win without having to debate and without having to actually campaign to any degree. But let’s say Biden goes on to win. Then what happens? It’s going to become evident soon enough to everyone that they were taken for a ride and handed a candidate incapable of doing the job simply to get rid of Trump. Will voters respond kindly to being deceived? Will they find it acceptable if there’s a bait and switch via whoever the Vice President is after the election? I have my doubts.
What I do know is that this is going to get ugly. If Bongino is right that Biden is rapidly getting worse and if I’m right that the Democrats will ride this out, it’s going to put us in a situation we’ve never faced before.

These people were waiting, Floyed or no Floyed, something would have kicked it off.
I stated earlier that if Dementia Joe is removed due to, well, Dementia and Crazy Bernie the clear cut second-place candidate is not the replacement the Berni Bots will go full Portland. The dems only choices are Dementia Joe or Crazy Bernie.
A third option will be an even bigger gift to the President Trump reelection campaign as the Bernie Bots will not accept anyone else if Biden is told to go take a nap.
If I recall correctly what could happen:
1. If a presidential or vice presidential candidate withdraws after the convention selects them, then a group of Democratic party leaders would select a replacement?
2. If a presidential candidate is elected, but withdraws before being sworn in as president, the vice president elect would be sworn in as president on January 20th.
3. If the president resigns, the vice president becomes president.
4. If the president becomes incapable, the 25th amendment has a procedure where the president’s cabinet can remove him from office. Then the VP becomes president.
We don’t know yet which event may trigger any of these situations.
You will note that Bernie kept his delegates. He is no dummy, and is not senile.
You know that a decision has been made to dump Biden when the MSM starts releasing “polls” that American voters will not elect a demented man to be President. The next two weeks will be frantic for the Democrats. It will be very difficult to reach a consensus about who should be the nominee. They will need a consensus candidate before the “polls” are released and Biden announces his “withdrawal for personal and health reasons”. They really don’t have a good candidate. IMHO, they will pick the faker Warren.
The Democrats have no politically plausible solution to their Biden senility problem, so that means that they have little choice but to ride it out. Quietly, the Dems will shift resources to House and Senate races in the hope of dominating Congress and checkmating Trump in his second term.
Where are all the so-called mental health experts at now who were crawling up Trump’s ass looking for diagnosis of him being mentally unstable.
Let Joe be Joe. He has always been a little quirky.

Is there a betting line in Vegas about who will be the Democratic nominee? Two weeks ago imagine the odds would have been 500-1 Biden. Suspect those odds have changed in the last few days.

In this scenario the have to be Crazy Bernie or the election would be effectively over. The Bernie Bots would go apoplectic if the clear second-place winner were not selected. It seems obvious the people pulling the strings for the puppet known as Joe Biden want Dementia Joe so THEY will behind the scenes be the president.
Crazy Bernie is an unknown quantity were he to actually become president.
He is likely to assert himself as the true believer he is and not be a malleable puppet to be easily controlled.
That is what the Dems have been afraid of with Bernie and that remains the power behind the scene’s primary concern.
The dems are in a rock and a hard place situation. It’ll be interesting as hell to see this all play out.
Well, the people voted him into the running. Let them have their candidate.
This has been one of the most obvious sleight of hand tricks I can remember seeing.Joe Biden has always been a place holder for the real nominee. His job is to run out the clock so the Dems. can pull a last minute switcharoo.
But will Joe and Jill accept this?
Wait... "is reaching" ??? HA! He's looking at the point of no return in the rear view mirror. He lost the mental capacity and acuity to be President years ago. He was no-doubt unfit to be VP back when he was VP.
When he first threw his hat into the ring for President in 2020 I thought it was a joke or some kind of ploy. Once it appeared he was serious I thought it was a gift to President Trump. As other 'rat commies and socialists dropped out and Biden took the lead I thought the 'rats were handing President Trump a second term on a silver platter.
I'm sure they'll try some BS (Biden Switcharoo) at their convention. They're probably looking for someone to sweep in and save the day for the faithful (aka deluded). However I believe the ensuing chaos and uncertainty is going to backfire on the 'rats, badly. We've had months of FUD thanks to their over-hyped chinese flu. Now their "protests" that have morphed quickly through rioting and into full-on armed insurrection are causing more FUD, just as re-opening the economy was starting to show promise. People are sick and tired of having their lives out of their control. President Trump need only run on a resorative platform - basically MAGA II - and people will flock to him. Landslide style.
I don't think it (a Trump Landslide including GOP regaining the House) can be stopped except through massive, unprecedented voter fraud. This is where I think President Trump was again too smart by half for the 'rats. He floated the idea of delaying the elections. Of course the 'rats and their co-conspirator lapdog MSM lost their excrement and immediately said the elections must happen on schedule. Now all President Trump has to do is deftly pivot and say well gosh, you're right, but we can't print enough mail-in ballots in time; due to covid-19 the postal service cannot staff enough to get the ballots out and back on time; and gosh, since we've never done it on this kind of scale before we don't have time to put in place the proper assurances that the election will be fair. But like you said, the election must occur on schedule, so I guess we just go with the in-person voting as usual, maybe even require ID so as to speed things along... ;-)
