The Epstein underage sex-trafficking and blackmail story may be the most important story of the decade. It is a parable for much that has gone wrong with Western civilization, the story of the corruption of a ruling elite not merely on a human level but on a spiritual one, the explanation of our current condition.
The characters in this sordid drama seemed to have accepted their damnation and determined to live out their debauchery without even the possibility of redemption. Despite the prestige and opulence of its setting, Epstein’s was a world of despair where the shadow suicide or guilty evasion was the price of stimulation.
There was something joyless about that life despite its veneer of trendy causes and intellectual advancement. There seemed more happiness and hope in an African hut than in their deceit ridden palaces. If that was the view from the top, then it was the view from hell. Cynicism on this scale is hard to hide from the public. What they glimpsed, dismayed. The elite seemed convinced there was no God or worker’s paradise, no balm in Gilead, no justice on earth. But as to the devil — he most definitely existed.
The Epstein scandal was one of many recent events that suggested the custodians had betrayed their stewardship. If culture is the mind of a civilization, no society can long survive the corruption of its own legacy and symbols. The photo of Ghislaine Maxwell and Kevin Spacey seated on the thrones of England as guests of Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton respectively seemed to do just that.

That is the key and I won’t believe they have names until they are disclosed, especially if they have video evidence or equivalent.
Bill Clinton would not have been caught without DNA on the dress. Maxwell’s word alone will not be enough for the most powerful people.
Not the biggest story.
The biggest story is going to be about the stolen money.
This is just more of the Clinton’s “Double Deception” method.
They will let everyone focus on this in the hopes that it will keep interest off of the money that was stolen.
Yes, but the public loves to get immersed in sexual scandals of the elites......and politicians love them because it diverts media attention away from their deep corruption. And the media loves them because it brings high ratings.

Jeffrey Epstein being a pimp isn’t the biggest story of the decade but it will be a big story if Maxwell provides evidence that certain “Johns” participated (Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton for example).
Did y’all read the article. It’s about far more than the Epstein crimes.
I’d like to see the money trail forensically examined. To this date we can speculate where all the money came from but don’t really know. In principle that sort of forensic accounting could be done. Will it? And will the results be made known? Probably not.
At the very least it was a giant honeypot run by multiple intelligence agencies to capture/control politicians and other powerful people.
At the worst it is much more.
I suspect its the latter.
A quick legal point...
The age of consent in Florida and most other states is 16.
Almost all the charges against Epstein involved the fact that he paid girls for sex.
In Florida, paying a girl who is between 16-18 for sex carries a more serious charge than paying a girl/woman who is 18 or over.
Epstein pleaded guilty to paying one girl who was under 16 in Florida. However, he maintained that she told him she was 18.
Bottom Line - if the large group of women who are now suing Epstein’s estate had consensually agreed to have sex with Epstein or his friends, there would be no crime.
The crime is that Epstein paid them, and many of them were under 18.
