As protests over the death of George Floyd and police brutality in general continue, NFL teams such as the Chicago Bears are devoting more time to discuss these same issues.
Head coach Matt Nagy shared that his team engaged in a two-hour video conference to discuss race relations, and he’s hopeful the Bears will be unified in the coming months.

Yet they do nothing with the thousands of black thugs that kill each other every weekend in their home town. Shows how full of sh## these people really are. Pandering to the mob, why not take a knee while your at it and all white players beg for forgiveness on being white
I took a knee and stopped watching the NFL before. I can do it again.
The left doesn’t want to.
If I played football I would stand with Drew Breese. No way I would be an America hating, neeling black pamper.
And we as fans will demonstrate together as well by not watching or attending games.
As a Green Bay Packers fan living in the Chicago Area, I can emphatically tell you yes, the Chicago Bears are in fact a pee wee football team.
I don’t care if they want to march as team, give speeches as a team, give presentations as a team to support BLM.
I don’t even care if they want to wear BLM on their sleeves to show how much they care or flash signs during touchdowns.
Don’t do it during the anthem - it shows that you don’t care about the country and that you would prefer it torn down and replaced with socialism. Which is what Kapernick (and a lot of BLM members and supporters) have said!
I’ve been looking forward to NFL in the Fall. Today, this morning,I have come to dread it.
Every player will now be kneeling during the Anthem.

What's to dread? Simply eliminate it from your life. I did so a couple of years ago and haven't missed it a bit.
