Back in November, a congressman from California became the butt of everyone’s joke for appearing to fart on live television Monday night.
Rep. Eric Swalwell was mid-sentence on MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews” when it sounded like he let ‘er rip.
“Chris, so far the evidence is uncontradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars to help him cheat —” Swalwell says with a pause, as the noise is clearly heard, “— an election.”
“It was not me!!!!!”. “Ha. And I didn’t hear it when I was speaking. Swalwell denied the rumors.
Joe Biden seems to pull off a similar stunt.
A live-streamed campaign video chat between presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden and Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Wednesday was briefly muffled by the sound of what appeared to be a very wet fart.
Biden was asking about what “the human cost” looks like in Pennsylvania if more federal money doesn’t arrive to help with the coronavirus economic recovery when the toot rang out.

The last time when Joe Biden talked nonsense was when he said that Joe Biden is going to beat Joe Biden but the fact-checkers protected him and said that his words were: Joe Biden is going to be Joe Biden.

They should get him hearing aids and then work on his sense of smell.
This sounds a little more like another indication of him losing his social filter because of his dementia rather than an inadvertent fart.
It looks to me like he doesn’t even know he’s doing it. Which is definitely not a good sign about his mental situation.
Are you all sure it sounded like a fart? I listened, it did not sound like a fart to me. The sound reminded me of the noise a film reel makes when it flaps at the end of it.
