When the CNN debuted in 1980, it soon earned a reputation as the top source for quick information 24 hours a day, all week long. That was 40 years ago and objective journalism is hard to find on the network in 2020. The liberal station has since fallen so far in the ratings that it was unable to generate even one program in the top 20 list during the first three months of 2020, which has been labeled “a dismal first quarter.”

CNBC? They have been doing everything they can to make this thing do as much economic damage as possible. The worst. Every time the market showed any sign of recovering they would dig up some virus horror story to head it off.
Would love for OANN, and a coalition of American conservatives, to buy CNN.
Andrew Ross Sorkin on CNBC in the morning is the worst. He does not have real world experience and is the worst sort of girly man -— so he panics and creates hysterics.
Cant the US govt just snap their finger and get billions of supplies and rejig the entire health care system.
Unbelievable. Nobody wants to see Wolf Blitzer pontificate? Nobody wants to watch the wit amd wisdom of Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper?
They are doing what they are suppose to do and great success to the left.
CNN can’t be profitable. Wonder who’s propping it up? Soros maybe?
Most airports have these bozos spewing 24/7 on every monitor in every concourse. Take that away and they’d be talking only to themselves.
I don’t watch much cable news. Sunday morning new seems to be clearly split into two camps.
Divisive
Chuck Todd and NBC are leading a movement to play Let’s You and Him fight, a game perfected by Alinsky organizers and described in Games People Play by Eric Berne. The Dividers are doing everything possible to bait politicians into fighting with each other. Pitting one Trump appointee against another. Pitting one governor against another. Both inter party and intra party divisiveness is their goal.
Unity
Fox, CBS seem to be leading a movement that we are all in this together. The virus does not favor one political party, one race, one sex. It does pick on the elderly and those with already weakened healthy, regardless of religion or politics.
It will be interesting to see which message the American public prefers.
The people who fund CNN do not care

Exactly, for the political Left, CNN is simply an eternal campaign ad. Many people realize that, but some do not. It is those who do not yet realize that fact who are the targets of the “news” broadcast.
So why do they still have advertisers?

even Dana Bash and John King have turned rabid.

CNN the company that only hires losers and other idiots and proud of it.

Reruns of the Beverly Hillbilly’s, F Troop, and Get Smart would be better than CNN.
CNN employees don’t get paid to make money.
They are paid to attack the Republicans.

Apparently few folks are edified by the scintillating wit and trenchant observations of the Kings of Fake News. They prefer to get some semblance of truth in their news gathering.
