Iran: The mullahs feel a desperate sadness after Trump's acquittal

Trump was indicted in December in the House of Representatives on two allegations of abuse of power and dismissal against Congress but was finally acquitted on Wednesday after a two-week trial in the Senate.

Gallup's poll results after the impeachment showed that Trump's popularity has not only diminished but also reached its peak after year two. According to Gallup's statistics, Trump's overall popularity has jumped to 49 percent and 97% of the republicans approve him.

CNN, which opposes Trump, in an analysis by Douglas High, said it was a big mistake to impeach Trump. Impeachment leaders from the Democratic Party have failed to convince the US Senate and public opinion that Trump is guilty. Douglas also points out that impeachment was a blessing in terms of donations to the Trump campaign.

Trump raised $ 46 million for election campaigns in the last quarter of the year. This demonstrates support and solidarity in the Republican camp. After the acquittal, Trump feels empowered and now all Republicans support him. The irony of the impeachment is that Democrats helped Trump to be re-elected in next year’s presidential election.

Trump's acquittal made the White House more confident in its foreign policy.

Presidential acquittal in two consecutive Senate polls and rise in his popular vote has been a disappointment for Tehran's regime Iran was counting on Trump’s removal from the office that could have resulted in the removal of sanctions on Iran.

Taking the domestic protests of the Iranian people against the mullahs into account, Trump's acquittal acts as an important factor in predicting a bleak future for the regime in Tehran. During the four-month process of impeachment, Iranian officials attempted to propagate false news, fueling hollow hopes within its internal forces. The IRNA news agency wrote on November 16, 2019: "If the impeachment succeeds, the Trump sanctions will be lifted, the US will come back to the nuclear agreement process and Europe will not have to abide itself to the policies of the United stated in regard to Iran.”

In the eyes of some political analysts, even current circumstances and congressional investigations can be positive for Iran because it occupies the US president with domestic problems and he will have less opportunity to think about other countries, such as Iran.

IRNA adds: "On the other hand, the key to Trump's impeachment plan is to weaken his campaign in 2020; all Democratic candidates promise to return to the nuclear agreement with Iran if they win the next presidential election." An "Asia" newspaper article published a few days before the Senate vote states: “Psychological shock from Trump impeachment could have a positive impact on the Iranian economy in the short-run. Trump's impeachment to be voted on in the House of Representatives today.

Given the majority of Democrats in the House of Representatives, the impeachment is highly likely to be voted on, no matter if the Senate approves of the impeachment or not. It could weaken Trump's power and his decisions.”

These were the commentaries and optimism of the regime's officials, which were published in the regime's media before the Senate vote. Regime’s intent of offering such optimism was to boost the morale of its forces.

The lies and fake news of this regime have been institutionalized over the past 41 years, and most recently the world has witnessed the lies of the Iranian regime about the Ukrainian aircraft crash that was hit by the IRGC missiles. The regime needs to convince its own forces that are still strong and will deliver lies after lies, even to its own forces.

Well, there it is. More than enough proof that the democrats are working for iran, and are willing to do anything at all to please the m*slims, including turning this country into a seventh century Califate of Savagery.

Democrats. Politics before Constitution. Policy before Americans. “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”.

This is why both the Democrats and the Iranian Mullahs are sad. They both worked together to subvert Trump, and both have lost big.

Democrats should be proud of their ‘friends’ the Iranian Mullahs and the terrorists they support. I hope you read this John Kerry.

When Carter lost to Reagan the mullah at the time was questioning why Carter wasn’t executed.

President Trump is still alive, and Suleimani is still dead.

Might be sign of who has God’s favor.

The mullah’s desperate sadness speaks to their complete lack of respect, appreciation and understanding of the concept of the Rule of Law. It’s not defined by the whim of any man or woman.

They will be sad for the foreseeable future.

I’m sure Kerry and company told them Trump was going to be impeached, so they didn’t need to worry about him.

does this mean that John Kerry has become public enemy number one in Iran for misleading them?
