Dear Freepers, I am asking for prayer for my Dad. He is in the hospital with what appears to be a subdural hematoma . It is similiar to a stroke and there is swelling associated with it pushing on the brain. This is his second one of these within the last 5 years and they had to do brain surgery last time. He also had a heart surgery a few years ago for a valve replacement and a string of operations in the last few years. I think they will be doing surgery on him tomorrow but I am not certain. I just got back from the hospital to see him and it just did not look good. Thank you

Please provide the doctor with the correct diagnosis, procedures and care. Let this be a testimony of Your goodness. . .and an opportunity to witness to those who do not know You as Lord and Savior. We ask comfort for gawatchman’s father and the entire family. We pray in the Name of Jesus, Amen

We are grateful for your and your father’s service. Both my parents were WWII Veterans and instilled in us the love of God, Family, and Country. I have nothing but good memories. . . . hold to your memories.

Thank You for Gawatchman’s testimony of how You saw his father through subdural hematoma heart surgery, heart surgery, and a string of operations in the last few years. You saw him through those times, and You Promise to be with him during this illness too. You will never leave us nor forsake us.
In the NAME OF JESUS we speak to subdural hematoma. You have a name that must bow to the Name of JESUS. In JESUS’ Name we take authority over you, foul spirit, and cancel your assignment on gawatchyman’s father. Shrivel up at your source and never return. JESUS says, “Who the SON sets free is free indeed!”
LORD, be with the doctors in this situation. Give them wisdom and knowledge on how to treat gawatchmen’s father, If it is Your Will to heal him completely without surgery, may the doctors and this family give You the glory!
Praise Your holy Name, FATHER GOD. Great things You have done.

Thank you Maudeen. I do have fond memories of my Dad and will always hold on to them. My father’s dad (my grandfather) was also a WWII vet who was a paratrooper and fought in Europe against the Nazis.
