How does President Trump know that the order is being obeyed?

For example, if Strzok is tasked to find all relevant documents to declassify, how can President Trump know that Strzok is not hiding some of the documents.

Bottom line, President Trump could not start a counter investigation until his "team" was in place...a team he could trust. Unfortunately, Sessions, Rosenstein and Wray were not up to the task. They certainly could not be trusted.
