The "way he said it" is entirely a subjective inference and has no rational remedy.
I have a lot more to say about this teacher; earlier internet/computer problems prevented me. More later...
in the meantime this pervert incompetent bit*h teacher (no apologies whatsoever) should be permanently banned from teaching in any form whatsoever.
How can we, as citizen observers, make sure that happens?
