Yes, yes they are. But we must do what they say, give them what they want (no matter how ridiculous or dangerous -- men in the girls' bathroom) because, otherwise, you will be called names. You may lose your business, you may lose your job, you may lose your life's savings fighting the lawsuit they will slap you with. We have already lost our 1st Amendment rights on this issue.
