The logical fallacy is easy to see, but impossible to swallow.

Any infrastructure that existed prior to 1865 that may still exist, on upon which further infrastructure was based is the "result" of slave labor.

Might as well argue that the horses (and their descendants,) pulling the wagons which labored since the nation began also are owed a special permanent moral debt.
