Of course they are, democrat weighted wards always count afterward because it’s easier to hit a target you can see.
that’s Not the way our federal Govt was set up. It’s up to each state to decide how their vote is done sbecause we are the United States of America, not one big state with just one set laws regarding all the people.
I just wish for a recount in virginia. Trump won until the holdout dem areas threw in enough votes and finally reported. Get results.

We have voter ID in WI, which decreases the out-of-state fraudsters.
The most Democrat areas (Madison, Milwaukee) are counting by hand, so their tallies are being added at a much slower rate that the areas that are being machine counted. The %’s mean nothing now.
The cry ins would be epic.
A simple check of CA jury summons that have been returned with the “Not A Citizen” box checked vs. the voter rolls would be interesting...:^)

Colorado has same day registration and voting but you nerd proof you lived in the state for 22 days and valid but not necessarily picture ID. You cannot “just drive in from Kansas and vote.” I work as an election judge.

Of course it is tinfoil hat. But I submit to you that in 2008, a black man was going to beat a white woman regardless of who they were. And that was the primary. And until I wake up on January 21st and see that Trump has been sworn in, I put nothing past the Democrats or anyone else that wants to destroy this country because of an agenda, especially the Clinton’s.
Remember, with Obamacare in the courts, we were 100% certain how Conservative Chief Justice Roberts was going to vote. We saw how well that worked out for us.
