Become a ham radio operator.
In addition to normal long distance radio communications, there's a new network that can do an end run around the internet.
It uses repeaters worldwide on several bands to link the repeaters together.
It also goes into and out of the internet.
Should we lose the internet, it will still work, just not as well.

Well , the UN gave Hatie cholera,
and after 4 years they still admit nothing,
and the current administration has been helping them cover it up.
Fortunately, you can't get cholera through the internet ,...yet !
