This three minute audio segment from NPR is called “Blind hiring, while well meaning, may create unintended consequences.”
It says that “blind hiring” is a process where job applicants are interviewed by computer instead of in person, so there is no bias regarding gender or race. Applicants are given online tests such as doing a math problem, or writing computer code.
I think this is a great idea.
In the NPR audio segment, the “unintended consequence” of “blind hiring” is explained by a black female college student, who complains that under “blind hiring,” she would not get special treatment.
In the comment section, someone wrote:
“The response of the black female student to blind hiring shows that in today’s job market male whites are not the privileged group.”
I think that commentor makes a great point.
It appears as if NPR has unintentionally revealed the existence of “black privilege.”

Yep, and in Haiti they make cookies out of mud. Look it up.
Sell them in the markets, too
So I did. You learn something every day.
Mostly methane?
I’ve witnessed the same, down to HR and management explaining why biases against men and Caucasians is necessary to correct prior injustices.
This just means that the computer scoring will change such that names and schools will be reviewed and scored as well. Names like “John Roberts” or “Bob Cousy” would deduct points while those like “Sonia Sotomayor” or “Manu Ginobili” would score points. There would be bonus points for names like “Huma Abedin-Weiner” or “Kareem Abdul Jabbar”. Graduates of “North Dakota State University” would be awarded no points but HBCU’s would gain points and schools like “Florida International” see bonus points...
“Cucks” is an awesome, apropos word.
We should all use it more often.
That’s disgusting. Those African folk are sure smart, though. /s
An old white guy I know told me of a similar way to make elderberry wine.
You put the wild berries and some sugar in a jar, and stretch a rubber glove over the opening.
The gases make the glove stand up and “wave” at you.
When the glove collapses, the fermentation process is done, and you’ve got some mighty potent wine.
Black are dumb and need a crutch for the rest of the lives - that’s the message, and if you’re black, it has to be awfully demeaning. The soft racism of libtards is insidious.
