I am unable to access this website with Suddenlink, my WiFi provider. The only way I am accessing it now is on my tablet, I had to turn WiFi off and use AT&T. Anyone else being censored?
similar thread from yesterday

get it at work on laptop but not on cell phone.
Thanks. I’ll try to find a solution there. Is this censorship from FEC?
probably just a local DNS issue
manually set DNS to 8.8.8.8 with a secondary of 8.8.4.4 ...that’s Google...
Yes same issue on wifi.
Yes. Exact same problem
Can access at work (AT&T), but home network (Bright House Networks in Tampa Bay) not working.
Absolutely, unequivocally do NOT use Google’s DNS if you value your privacy.
What gets me is, I understand what’s happening. I resent getting my ISP’s clumsy search page (yahoo affiliated) instead of the page I have set in my google settings — when the name doesn’t resolve from the address bar. It’s just a cheap search engine hijacking angle.
Then, after some research I find out how to disable it, but it fails and say’s the settings are locked.
I think I’m going to irritate some Charter communications customer support technicians today.
Yes, I’ve been trying to avoid using Google for that reason.

You installed their software when they told you that you needed it to connect to their network, right? Go into your Control Panel > Programs and Features and remove the Charter software.
The browser hijacks are installed as part of a media/advertising package. As an IT engineer of 20 years, I can tell you without a doubt that you do not need any software to use their network.
I updated my DNS forwarders on my internal DNS servers, and I’m able to access from home again. Seems a large number of DNS providers are not servicing the records.

I put in the address 209.157.64.200 and the site came up but it wouldn’t let me log in.
A couple of years ago anytime I put any website in Suddenlink brought up their search engine. I kept disabling it but it didn’t work. I got so mad I kept typing “f*** you suddenlink” on their search engine and it finally went away.
I had to open DNS on my iPad still no go on my phone I have an android to open DNS there is a bit more complicated!!! NOT HAPPY, thought it was my cable provider which just changed from Verizon to Frontier!!! However my phone is Tmobile so I DON’T know what the problem is!!!
I couldn’t access it from home recently.
