not sure if you are being sarcastic or not but there are plenty of “yoots” in the area. that includes the precious gang of “yoots” who assaulted a couple of guys from Wyoming who were attending a concert in Salt Lake City. as far as I know they never caught the “yoots” let alone charged them with a hate crime.
