I think the second woman from the left is Karin Enström, who was Swedish Minister for Defense from 2012 to 2014. So the picture is correct as of 2014, but not as of now.

I’d completely support the likes of 1980’s era Jeanne Kirkpatrick and Margaret Thatcher running national defense.

Russia is a bit different as defense ministers have traditionally been active duty military officers heavily promoted by the military/security forces (Silovik). Even many deputies in the Duma are serving officers. (Goes back to the time when most noble men were trained as officers.)

Yep..... got a few more cords of hickory and oak to top off that already stacked. New km2 tires on the 4x4’s and chains an tow straps put back in the trucks for the winter. Ice Melt and deicer sprays handy along with the shovel .....
Thing is we get nothing at all or 3 feet at once when it snows here.
Bed tanks are full on each truck as well for added weight.
