Rand Paul was the king of flip flopping during his Senate primary in 2010 to appeal to get cash from various constituencies - (Iran with nuclear weapons is not a threat, Gitmo needs to be closed, etc. then when called out on it by his opponent, ripped the opponent for “lying” about his positions and that he never held them and then took the opposite stands)

To be fair, did Sen. Paul know at that time (Oct 2014) that Obama would demand fast track authority while keeping TPP secret from the public and that only a simple majority up-or- -down vote with no amdendments or filibusters would be allowed? Did Paul know about TISA and TTIP that are included in this monster trade pact? Neither Paul nor any of the Congress would have known about TISA and TTIP. These two are still classified but for Wikileaks.
