I’ve designed and worked on pilot systems and prototypes. As a general rule, its a good idea to spread out the test sites, especially when preparing for a national rollout. One would think that a company of this size would have spent some time and effort preparing for such and would have done a better job with its change management program to prepare employees for new ways of doing business. That’s just good business practices. The apparent sudden nature of these closings is either gross incompetence or a sudden reaction to something.
If that’s true then they would be opening up new sections devoted to EBT,WICs and SNAP selections ONLY where the leech could get in and out in a dash - no waiting behind those pesky people who work for a live.
That is those people who are impeding their daily progress around 10:30 - 11:00AM when they like to shop after having visited the nearest Starbucks. Any earlier than then upsets their delicate psyches.
Which is just great. Where do I go to get a new needle? Wal-Mart of course.
