Another reason why we need to control both houses of congress. AND the Presidency.

I've owned three homes at the same time. I'm talking years ago...
This EPA and many other alphabet entities is why I rent now.
I rent a 3 bedroom house in a very quiet town in SW Colorado.
My landlord is of Mexican descent and pretty much does whatever I request. He's a smart man and knows how to do business. Our rent has not gone up in over 5 years.
It makes sense to me to rent at the price I pay and not have to deal with all the bullshit the government loads on us.
Granted, I'm 63 years old, but I have enough investments to do very well.
There is no way I would buy any property today under the CONTROL the government demands.

Could the EPA not hand over all water rights to, say, foreign interests then, too?

I guess oligarchs, unbound by constitutions or the will of the people, can do pretty much anything they want.

Such a change would be a major impediment to commerce, as businesses could suddenly need permits for all manner of routine activitiesThat's the entire point.
