I am among those who will never buy another GM product even though at one time I worked for GM.
But, I can tell you that new model glitches require production be kept at lower levels while the invariable bugs are worked out.

I have to admit that I quit buying GM long before the Bailout. I’ve been a proud Ford Truck owner since 1985. I usually put around 250,000 miles on one then sell it and buy a new one. Usually every 5 to 6 years.

My 10 year old Tundra was built in Texas, and has not had a single problem.
Except for the deer that jumped into the door. I do have a dent.

I was in the market for a new p/u in 2011. I was deciding between the F150 and the Tundra. Asked my kid (runs an auto shop outside San Diego) who she saw the least in her shop. The Tundra with that big honkin’ V8 sits outside. GM was never an option.

I’ll never buy another UAW made vehicle. I’d take a look at a Chevy if they got rid of the UAW.

And I’m still not buying GM... EVER again. When and if I replace the Dodge it will be with a Ford or a new Nissan Cummins diesel.
The Buick will probably be replaced with a Toyota Avalon or some non-union and U.S. assembled automobile.
No more GM products in my garage.
I’d like to see GM go where it and the UAW should have gone 5 years ago... into the dustbin of history. The necessary jobs would remain. Something else would rise to replace the gap.

THE FOREIGNERS REGIME said people who failed to buy a GM truck were racist.

Individuals are saying no to Government Motors, aka GM, and conservatives in control companies which buy a lot of trucks are buying Fords or Tundras. Tundras are made an assembled in America without our Tax $’s.

Just wait until Ford reveals the new 2014&1/2 (really a 2015 model, released on the half-year to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the original Mustang's 1964&1/2 release) Mustang. It's gonna crush Camaro sales nationwide, and will likely out-perform the new Corvette, never mind the fat-assed, overweight, limited-visibility (from the driver's seat) Camaro.
Gummint Motors (GM) has only begun to hurt. This is so sweet. I *love* watching O'Bunhole fail at everything he touches. He has the fecal touch... everything he touches turns to a lump of steaming crap. If all goes as well as possible here, we may catch him throwing this poop at reporters at an upcoming presser.
LMAO!!!

My next door neighbor knows I am looking for a truck. I had already told him once I would not consider a GM. Told me Saturday he spotted a nice GMC. Made it clear that i was NOT kidding when I told him a couple of months back I would not buy GM so long ss the government owns stock, and the union holds stock that was essentially stolen from the bond holders. I further clarified my position by saying I won’t even buy a USED GM product because I don’t even want to buy so much as a part from the thieving SOBs.

This is how much GM knows about people who buy trucks...cattle at the start of the commercial are long horns...the rancher is carrying a Holstein calf at the end of the commercial. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPgEBRAgcIQ
