Using line segments equal in length to his visible arm, you can "stick figure" out where grandpa's arm should be behind B.O.'s back:
He doesn't need "monkey arms", and his hand is being held above B.O.'s shoulder, possibly because the reach made placing it ON his shoulder uncomfortable at the wrist.
Look, you guys can see what you want to see, in my opinion, this photo is PLAUSIBLE, and since it sheds now real light on anything relevant to B.O.'s past, I am merely saying that there are bigger fish to fry, and more worthy of our scrutiny.

RebelAce,
I noticed something with the bench...
Look at the bench slat that is under 0.
If you follow the line of that slat and compare it to the line of the slat that is to the right of grandma,it looks like those sections of slat dont line up.
Somebody didnt do their photoshopping right.
Also the lighting on the edge of the slat under 0 doesnt match the lighting on the edge of the slat next to granny.
Its brighter.
FAKE!

Your green lines show that it's impossible for gramps hand to be where it is.
First, please be so kind as to remove the large gaps between the green lines in gramps left arm, and make them more representative of gramps right arm. You can do that and still have gramps hand where it is, but that will force the upper arm into a higher position, and that would result in gramps shoulder being in a different position. Gramps shoulder shows that his upper arm was pointing relatively down. Combine that with how well the hand matches his wife's shoulder, and I think it fairly likely that gramps hand was actually testing on his wife's shoulder.
