I will assume you are sincere in that post and just have missed my point.

The founders of our country created a form of representative government based on the laws and commands of the God of the Christian Bible. They also stated at the time that this form of Government was ONLY for a Christian country and would fail otherwise.

They put the Freedom of Religion clause in the founding documents to protect against the government favoring one sect of Christianity over another, not to remove the Consideration of God's laws in the formation of our legal and governmental system.

Do not try to twist this argument into something I did not state in anyway, that we should institute the government according to all laws in the Old Testament.

That being said, the foundation of our country's legal and governmental system was setup BASED on the Bible of the only true God of this universe, the God of the Bible..
