We know he did not come back with SAD in October of 1971. He came back earlier and she got busted with an expired passport. He was removed from her passport in 1968. So he had to have his own passport after that. How could he have gotten ANYTHING except an Indonesian passport. As child living in Indonesia with Indonesian citizen parents that was likely his only, sole option for a passport.
People want to focus on 1961. That is likely scorched earth. It is 1971 - December specifically and all his travels through 1983 that would tell a story.
It is a shame that 1/10th the effort has not gone into thise period that has gone into 1961.
You have to work backwards and upwards from the lower levels. Orly has fouled up badly by focusing on the supposed beginning and going for the top.
