There is a move to repeal NFA (highly restricted weapons regulation) as unconstitutional.
The _Heller_ case deemed handguns Constitutionally protected.
Expanding NFA to include handguns will make it easy to eliminate NFA altogether.
So if they pass a law like this, does it make me a criminal, or does it confirm the one who passed it is one?
Seeing how who passes it is given authority by the Constitution that the law would be clearly violating, I really do not see such a law as binding and valid.
It is just a declaration of war on the Republic by some very evil men who have no authority by law. Shame on them.
We are “ALL” Criminals... it is just a matter of degree and what the enforcement de jour happens to be at any given moment.

isn’t there a phrase somewhere called ex post facto???
It’s already like that here in Massholeville.
Can’t leave the gun store until the feds do a check.
Only takes a few min. but thats not the point.
US gun registration: The smallest database in the universe.
From the 2008 Heller decision of the U.S. Supreme Court:
We know of no other enumerated constitutional right whose core protection has been subjected to a freestanding interest-balancing approach. The very enumeration of the right takes out of the hands of governmenteven the Third Branch of Governmentthe power to decide on a case-by-case basis whether the right is really worth insisting upon.
The answer to the anti-gunner's desire for more infringements is not just "No", but "Hell, no". And the Supreme Court agrees. (At least until the usurper loads the Court with more communists.)
I have always maintained that anti-gunners and pro-gunners have underestimated the impact that the Heller decision will have.
