So, how about if we limit the amount of alcohol that elected and government government officials can consume? The number of equivalent 80-proof ounces per month would be the same as the capacity of rifle and pisto magazines allowed by the government?
Let’s require registration of government officials who drink, and publish interactive maps of their names and addresses, and require them to wear monitoring devices that measure how much they consume.
I got to thinking. We need to take this further. We need a total ban on alcohol consumption by government officials. We prohibit the use of substances that impair a person’s driving abilities; so how about impairment of the ability to legislate?
How about mandatory drug testing of any government official, whether elected or appointed? The safety of our laws and regulations are at risk if we don’t do so.
And we must ban the consumption of mind-altering substances at government functions. No wines or other alcoholic beverages at any official or unofficial government function, including White House parties.
And a national registry of those who purchase alcohol so that we can keep track of and perform spot checks for government officials.
Also, how about an interactive map showing the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the residences of all government officials?
