Sweet, and kind of sad.
I’m actually Calvin’s mother. He’s 18 now. Not much has changed since he was six, except that he’s now huge and has all these muscles everywhere, and his wild blond hair has been shaved high and tight. He still has a fabulous talent for getting in trouble and a crazy attitude. He just joined the US Marines so he can break things and blow stuff up without having me get mad at him.
My eyes got misty reading your post. The passing of years is bittersweet, but you raised a good boy. Mine is 10 and I am trying to savor each moment with him. God bless
