Herman Cain: Karl Rove Deliberately Trying to ‘Damage’ Me
TheBlaze ^ | 10242011 | Tiffany Gabbay

Karl Rove plays typical two-faced self serving politics. I will STAND with a proven successful American businessman anytime, even though he may lack in certain areas. Herman Cain is smart enough man to understand how to surround himself with those who are specialist and professionals in their given field of expertise, UNLIKE OBAMA. Herman Cain would be a Great Leader.

Karl Rove and the old boy network can look in the rear view mirror baby and remember the good old days, I am sick of seeing this guy and his ilk.

So karl threw popcorn on Herman when he came out of the tunnel on to the field and he wants a flag? You’re in the big league Herm, there are no refs and if you win the nomination expect a nuclear scorched earth policy from the other side.

Ummm...I might believe that about Sarah but not Herman. He’s been working towards this for a while. Most concerning to me are his years on the board and as deputy chairman and chairman of the KC Fed.

Cain is big boy enough to be leading the polls.

Rove is a pig...has he once...just once attacked Mitts RomneyCare, flip flops?...failure to attract base conservative supporters?.........

I hope Cain wins the nomination despite the cards being stacked against Cain and conservatives.

Bzt.

Wrong. Cain criticized Rove. Cain did fine. Rove however is starting to look like a whining doofus.

I’m glad Cain had the clarity to call Rove on it. Rove is part of the problem.

In reply to your post #9. Excellent post. What we believe and believe in is important. Herman Cain may not have all the answers, but he is a breath of fresh air that this country desperately needs. His critics are men who don't believe in anything and are full of condescending cynicism for the ideals that we, as conservatives, champion and support.

Let Herman Cain be the Conservative Champion.

I remember the time when many FReepers thought Rove could walk on water.

Then it was “Rove, you magnificent bastard”

Now, it’s just “Rove, you bastard”.

Good riddance.

Alternately known as “borking”. This shows that our entire political class has no honor or integrity.

It's why we need people with virtue to lead us again.

What kind of people have virtue?
How do you identify them?

I remember the time when many FReepers...

That was the day when you couldn't speak a negative word about "W" around here without getting flamed. You couldn't speak about the fact he was a RINO...you couldn't speak about his terrible decision to go after Iraq and ignore Iran...you had to tow the party line or get torched. I remember many such flames on my own "backside" when I dared to challenge his foreign policy (not going after the true villains) and about all the money he was spending.

THANKFULLY FReepers have awakened.

Karl Rove is a nerd...a geek...who got to sit with the "cool kids" for a while. Now...he desperately misses sitting at the cool kid lunch table and wants to get a seat back there.

He misses the power and trappings of being in that White House on the coat tails of someone else...and he knows that with someone like a Herman Cain as President...he loses position and has no chance of ever getting back in there...as an adviser...anything. That's why he backs the establishment. He knows Mitt would probably have him visit the "Big House" often enough to give him that "high" he needs.

I like Herman and Karl. That being said, I think it is healthy the debates continue, and all the laundry gets “aired” by all sides in the contest. It only makes us stronger, and we better be powerful enough to take on the worst President this country ever had! It will be nasty, so get ready for a real barn- burner of a fight.

Someone in press should pick up on this side of it:

A Black GOP does not call it racism. A Balck Dem would, of course.

NOT that same old ‘chestnut’!

Herman was not a member of the Board of Governors which sets monetary policy. The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is more or less a bank for banks and what they do is provide financial services to depository institutions including banks, credit unions, and savings and loans, much like those that banks provide for their customers. These services include collecting checks, electronically transferring funds, and distributing and receiving cash and coin.

I know that sounds so very ominous.

What concerns me is people who post about things like yours which are just innuendo and slander for slander sake. If you don’t like Herman fine. If you oppose him FINE, but oppose him on substance not with slander that’s what the left does. That’s what the opponents of Sarah did.

Stating that Herman Cain was chairman and deputy chairman of the KC Federal Reserve is slander? Who knew?

It's not what you said it what you meant. Again I state: The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is more or less a bank for banks and what they do is provide financial services to depository institutions including banks, credit unions, and savings and loans, much like those that banks provide for their customers. These services include collecting checks, electronically transferring funds, and distributing and receiving cash and coin.

I know that sounds so very ominous. Must be so extra scary to a big boy like you.

Just curious, but what would you call someone implying the Herman Cain held a job at the FED which decided monetary policy when it isn’t true?

Even though you apparently know what I meant I’ll ‘splain it anyhow. Herman is portayed as an ‘outsider’. He is not. It’s as simple as that.
