Vacay gal hates pomp and circumstance, unless it revolves around her, IMHO.
She had a short, black, jacket on over that dress at the beginning of the day, and it looked very nice and very appropriate. Too bad she had to spoil it by the urge to display her “well-toned arms”. ;^)
