I didn’t even know about Agenda 21 until a couple of months ago. Did you know it has been around since 1992? It is quietly and stealthily being implemented throughout the United States and the world. And within its scope is contained some oldie but goody concerns that I have held for some time: confiscation of public lands by the government (the Wilderness Project), EPA over-regulation, population distribution and control and the list just keeps getting longer and scarier… Agenda 21 is a 40 chapter plan that lists a series of goals to be achieved globally. It is the global blueprint for changing the way we “live, eat, learn and communicate” because we must “save the earth.” Humans be damned.

That Section of the Constitution prevents membership of states, cities and counties in an organization called International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI)… but I’ll bet many readers of this article live in a city, town, or county that belongs to ICLEI because ICLEI has more than 600 active members throughout the United States. LOL Ask the guy who was pulled over and detained by the Louisiana State Patrol for 30 minutes simply because he had a "DON'T TREAD ON ME" bumper sticker, this past year. For your little piece of signage, they'll probably call SWAT for backup to a traffic stop. Make sure you have all your 2nd Amendment bumper stickers attached for a truly memorable experience!

An A21 rollback is simplicity in itself for a president with the guts to follow the Constitution. And several other problems as well...here’s how:

“Good evening. Upon completion of my review of the United Nations program known as Agenda 21 in which the United States has participated under past administrations, I have determined that far too many of it’s dictates stand in direct violation of the United States Constitution and the rights of America’s citizens for it to continue within our borders.

Henceforth, I am signing an executive order immediately that directs the Dept. of the interior, EPA and BLM to cease all current operations and devote 100% of their resource, staff and effort to work with City, State and Local governments to dismantle any and all regulations derived from or mirroring the policies and programs of Agenda 21. This is a matter of national security due to a number of issues, not the least of which is energy production and as such, not open to judicial review.

Further, I will personally empanel a group of experts with no connection to UN, political or NGO environmental groups to ensure compliance by both the EPA and C-S-L governments. Lastly, every citizen is asked to help in this endeavor by reporting policies and programs they feel may be part of or have derived from the Agenda 21 debacle.

To fully fund this operation without placing another burden on the taxpayer, I direct our State Department to immediately cease all funding for the United Nations and related programs/entities, and ask that Congress codify this in a clean piece of legislation that I will immediately sign when it reaches my desk. Any and all cost overruns for this action will be billed to the UN directly, perused in International court, and all Foreign Aid, except that aid sent to Israel, which we will maintain for the sake of national security, will be suspended until such time as the debt is repaid. At that time Foreign Aid will be reviewed on a case by case basis, depending on the financial health of the United States economy.

Actually, the broad outline of such plans have been around 50-60 years. Some sources indicate more than 100 years by citing statements and commie writings of international leaders in government, the arts, philosophy international conglomerates etc.
