Yep. Also, the war wasn't even really a true civil war, because in a civil war you have two factions fighting for control of the govenrment. The South wasn't fighting over the governemnt in Washington. They were fighting to have their own government. The best name for the war is the War for Southern Independence.

But then, that name makes the Yankees look like they were against independence, so we can't have people using that name. /s
