It seems that it's the SAME people, over and over again, posting the SAME comments, the SAME pictures, the SAME talking points, the SAME links, the Same scripture..ad nauseum.

Can we declare a truce?

It's ruining FR, and I expect it's only going to get worse. Most here tend to ignore it, and just leave the thread, so you can argue sillyamongst yourselves. However, that means that often a serious. meaningful article is totally ignored and overlooked.

These secterian comments do NOT belong on the political discussion threads, else FR will soon resemble Ireland a decade ago, where politics AND religion were cojoined.

So what to do? As I mentioned, most here just ignore those comments, and/or leave the thread. I think we should be more proactive, and start hitting the ABUSE button, because the pattern and practice of doing the same thing over and over is abusing the privilege of posting on FR.

The mods will soon become aware of who's causing all these problems, and maybe it will be necessary for a few extended "time outs" for some.

I don't know why you directed this babble towards me, as I avoid any post to do with Mormans with the same tenacity that I avoid those dealing with Muslims.

Meanwhile, I see daily hits on Bachmann and Palin about their Christian faith, but I don't hear you defending that one.

In conclusion, I would vote for Romney if he was a Baptist, Methodist or any other religion; he's a RINO and that has little to do with his faith.

Stop trying to get admin to defend your choice for president...they're all getting bombarded and Romney doesn't get any special favors.

As long as Romney is in the race, his Mormonism is a political issue because IT determines why he does what he does and it will be an issue if the establishment get their way and, God forbid, he get the nomination.

Just so you know, I and I am sure many others do not go to the the individual thread sections. I always go to comments so I see everything that is posted. I rarely, like never, post on the morman threads even though I might occasionally be tempted.
