BHO name struck out below .. reading the form language above, is that due to being naturalized as an Indonesian citizen ? Can't remember the meaning of Soebarkah (too much minutiae over too many years ;)

The only reason I can see for the name SOEBARKAH to be struck out, is that his name on August 13, 1968 was BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA SOEBARKAH.

We have seen nothing to show that he was adopted by Soetoro, have we? Other than an unnamed 'child' over the age of 18 on the Lolo/Stanley Ann divorce docs, what have we?
