This person who put this info tells half truths and half lies. 1st he implies that UN is evil including Roman Catholic Church. He mentions Father Pierre Teilhard de Chardin but NEVER NOTES that Chardins work was banned by Rome in 1939. He also mentions what Pope Pual VI said about UN, “the people of the earth turn to the UN as the last hope of peace” but there is more to that quote. Now I as a Catholic dont agree entirely to Pope quote nor is it infallable. The UN does have evil elements,practices,I agree but it is not entirely evil.
The Roman Catholic Church in the UN promotes human rights for all,speaks for the voiceless(eg.immigrants,poor throught world.The Catholic Church also promotes education and healthcare for the poor,Dignity of the individual. Alot of people are bias toward Catholic Church and would always say the church is evil,be more objective.
