I”m assuming this law is trying to strike down the “Affirmative Action” brand of racism? Good, because, in the paraphrased words of MLK, we all need to be judged on the content of our character, not the color of our skin.
Affirmative Action is there to help everyone (except white males) to achieve their dreams (at the expense of white male dreams of course) through this program of inclusion and anti-discrimination (white males to the back of the bus)so that the US can become united (against whitey) and can be proud of our civil rights record once again.
