Yeah I’m staying here in Michigan where we’re used to hardship.
I spent a lot of my life in Maine and New Brunswick. Still have some family in Maine; Aroostook County may be a good place to ride it out.
The UP would be a fine outpost if you’re capable of dealing with the cold winters.

Maybe your new government will be able to turn things around there. Us ex-Michiganders are proud of what you did up there on November 3rd. Have lifelong diehard Democratic relatives in Michigan that voted straight ticket Republican. First time they ever did.
Cold weather, snow, ice and democrats, yep we are use to hardships....and the city folk don’t know how to hunt 4 legged critters, so thats an advantage.
