Yep. If he was unable to view the entire source material, and unable to share with his readers the provenance of the tape, he shouldn't have released it.
Maybe he should have just waited for the white house to release the tape for him. Fortunately he isn't a coward like those who are rushing to throw him overboard.

You compound your mistake by asserting if someone thinks that conservatives should hold themselves to a higher standard than the bed-wetting liberals, you call them "cowards".
Reflexive and intellectually vacant conservatism isn't going to win too many elections, although it's sure does make one popular on chat boards.
