Vice President Joe Biden's F-bomb after passage of Barack Obama's and Nancy Pelosi's health care "reform" act creates the opportunity to use his name as an appropriate substitute for this word in print or even on radio or television. We do not present this as an idle joke, because it is an excellent way to subject the Obama Administration to the ridicule and contempt it deserves.* This will help elect a Republican majority that will repeal the so-called health care reform legislation and also block enactment of crippling "greenhouse gas" regulations whose real purpose is to enrich New York investment banks at the expense of the American people.
It is illegal in the United States to use certain forms of profanity on radio or television, and the F word is among them. Television shows often use substitutes, e.g. "frell" in the Farscape series and "frack" in Battlestar Galactica (we can only imagine what the characters would think of Frackville Pennsylvania). Thanks to the Vice President of the United States, we now propose that the new verb "biden" be used as often as possible in the same context.
* It is an ancient principle that the power to name a thing is the power to control or discredit the thing. In one of Gordon R. Dickson's science fiction books, a bad guy (in a society of intelligent giant bears) gets knocked unconscious in a fight inside a dark room. Upon regaining consciousness, he emerges and proclaims indignantly that he wasn't drunk--upon which another character saddled him with the nickname, "Wasn't Drunk," thus making him the object of lifelong ridicule.
Something similar happened to disgraced prosecutor Mike Nifong, with his name becoming a synonym for "to accuse falsely for personal gain" in the context of judicial misconduct.
