One of the breathtakingly dishonest ways in which Congressional Democrat Leadership is able to convince wavering Democrats to vote for Obamacare is to point to a report by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) that said that, if all of the rosy assumptions Madame Botox provide to the CBO are correct, then the plan would save about $120 billion net-net in the first ten years of the "reform." The problem is that NOBODY believes that the assumptions of Congressional fiscal restraint are true, and thus the estimates of the reform’s expense are meaningless. Garbage in, garbage out.
One of the largest "savings" found by the CBO revolved around cutting Medicare payments to doctors. Putting aside the argument that no doctor will see a Medicare patient without fair recompense, it now is revealed that we were lied to. The Democrats have cut ANOTHER side deal, this one with the American Medical Association (AMA), to repeal the decreased doctor payments in return for the AMA’s support for passage of Obamacare. This giant lie means that the cost of Obamacare will increase by $371 billion in the first decade, which means now the program must logically be in the red in the first decade by about $250 billion. That is $250 billion in losses even though only 6 years of the first decade will have Obamacare paying out. To put it another way, we will all pay in to this system for a decade, get "benefits" for only 6 years and have an additional $250 billion debt under the best of scenarios.
Oh, and if you read the document at this link you will see that Democrats are asked by their leadership to lie to you about this until after the vote.

Democratic leadership has challenged the authenticity of the memo. POLITICO has removed the memo and the details about it until we can absolutely verify the document’s origin.
Of course, POLITOCO will not "absolutely verify" the authenticity of the memo until sometime after the vote on Sunday.
