If the document was forged, then at least on Birther lawyer would have been smart enough to file a criminal complaint against the Hawaii DOH.
None have done so. Reasons must be one of these:
1. They are all very bad lawyers.
2. There is no evidence that the COLB is forged.
These options are not mutually exclusive.
