Okay I watched this video several times to see if I could catch what she actually said. At approximately the 57 second mark, she says “encourages early discovery.”
That doesn’t mean that the judge ordered discovery. From what I can tell it means that the case is set for trial and the judges encourages early discovery. If Judge Carter grants the defense’s motion to dismiss on Oct. 5th, the case won’t make it to trial.
I don’t think Orly understands the document she has in front of her. (JMHO)
In any case, the burden of proof is on Obama to produce that he is a natural born citizen in Carter’s court. Or he will go to discovery if Obama cannot satisfy the court on October 5th.
I've read the judge's hearing comments and they don't support dismissal, they put it all on Obama to produce.
She needs to tone down the claims a little -then again lawyers like to posture a bit.
If she succeeds - put her face on Mt. Rushmore.
As far as the birth certificate - it exists. That LIAR Bill O’Reilly said he saw it. He also said 60,000 people showed up on 9/12 in DC.

No, Discovery is to be had within 30 days or the Judge will order various people to produce discovery or be held in contempt.

If he has stated, perhaps under penalty of perjury on applications that he wanted a scholarship as a foreign student, AND if the divorce papers show a Certification of Live Birth of a Kenyan born child filed in Hawaii then.........the matter is almost moot and against him.
