Judge Carter speicifically stated that he would NOT accept procedural/technical obstacles to ipede taking the case t trial on the merits.
Zero may try but it will fall on deaf ears and resolve to carry the case forward.
For what reason? He is not against a good and proper clarification of the whole matter, not to sweep it under the carpet. He could have done that by refusing to hear it at all like so many other judges have done all over the country for frivolous reasons, like it has alaready been viewed on Twitter or something like that..

Get real if someone says they know there was a Kenyan birth certificate and has to study it to see if its Obamas, doesn't that sound strange to you? Who else's could it be? And if they have the missing page, show it, otherwise it is still missing and of little or no value.Do they have a declaration as to what is on the missing page?
