Dr. Taitz’s tireless work on this issue has kept it going through the court system. I am praying that her unconventional style will work in a Columbo sort of way. I am hopeful that her opponents on the other side including the Main Stream Media will be content to let her continue working on this smuggly feeling she is no threat until the hammer falls. If we had one of the big time smooth talkers such as Gerry Spence working on our side... he would probably have “accidentally fallen down an elevator shaft onto some bullets” by now.
Well I’ll jump on part of that, I believe the 19 refers to the short form having 1961 in it while the long forms only had 61 for year..its nothing, just a change from two digits to four as the next century came closer...

Maybe you could go into a little more detail? Do you think that the president should not be required to prove his eligability as spelled out in the constitution?

BP2 already posted the divorce documents with the possible exception of one missing page...no indication of a Kenyan birth. Why would one have to study a Certificate of birth to see who it belongs to? Either poor writing or BS IMO.

what if all that piece of paper tells us is that he lied about his sire? Or some other fib. Would this guy be willing to spend $2M of taxpayer money to hide a lie, that would only discredit him, instead of making him ineligible?

If he is proven not to be qualified to be President. Does that mean that all of the campaign donations that he received were “ill gotten gains” and should/must be returned to the donators?
Traditionally, military officers in such circumstances would find a loaded gun thoughtfully placed on their desktop.
Traditionally, that wouldn’t even be necessary as said military officer would do the right thing. :)

His eligibility was proven to the satisfaction of the states who placed him on the ballot. It was proven to the satisfaction of the electors who met and Constitutionally cast their votes for him. It was met to the satisfaction of Congress, made up of men and women elected by "we the people" to represent us, who met and certified the vote in accordance with the Constitution.
Orly has proven over and over again that she does not understand the law, legal procedures, or the Constitution - in short, she is incompetent (that's assuming the best).
Not a problem, really. He's a grifter, basically. Keep him off balance and he will continue to destroy himself. Keeping a false persona in place is a very difficult thing to do under normal conditions, remembering all the angles and pretenses which are not innate. When one is under a microscope, and under immense pressure, it cannot be maintained. He'll fold up like a $3.00 lawn chair.
What is dangerous is to allow the charade to continue...
