And rumor has it, SEIU will be next... WOW! That was just a week ago - and not ONE person has been prosecuted ... yet ;) |

Since it involved a federal election, I would suspect that any crimes would be considered federal.
The point is the punky President, the one you like to defend, is going down if he doesn’t play ball with this Judge. He’s not going to put up with the previous nonsense that other judges have made. Obama’s old standbys of ‘no standing’ and this case is ‘frivolous’ is not going to work with judge Carter. All those arguments are not going to hold up, so Obama better prove that he is a natural born citizen. This case is going to court on the merits. I suspect Obama will piss away the 30 days and do nothing so he can plead the BS that I listed above. He’s going down this time. Time to put up or shut up.
Okay, 0bama can be offered one way tickets, first class, for the whole family, to Kenya or Indonesia, his choice. How’s that?

Again as an exaggeration, if by some weird circumstance an illegal alien from South America, or an ineligible pefson like California Governor Schwarzenegger were sworn in = would that make them presdient? No. Makes them felons.

Clinton had bodies piled up including that girl in the Starbuxs massacre in DC. We are not a year in and already two bodies in Obama’s wake. The guy in DC with the passports and the guy who was going to testify against Blago.
An illegitimate POTUS cannot pardon a teacup. None of the power of the office was ever vested in the impersonator so requires no impeachement nor permits further misuse of a fraudulently acquired authority.
