The clock is ticking - tick toc tick toc - as Obama delays and delays that results in less credibility with Carter to put an end to the matter.
Maybe Obama and Hillary can go to Ft Marcy Park and discuss the situation?
Judge Carter (beyond perhaps throwing out an acidic comment) is very even handed and calm even when he gets annoyed and is not likely to spark off at Orly for being excited. He understands human nature too well and is probably smiling to himself at her excitement. At no point has he been adverserial toward her even when she has perhaps “mishandled” filings.
IMHO, he realizes she has a just cause and is inexperienced in Federal Court (as are most attorneys) and prefers to see justice and fairness achieved rather that putting her down.
And realizes that similarly to no other judge but himself being willing to take on this case, no other lawyer but her would be honest and sincere and go full out and not be bought out or intimidated by Obama.
He is by nature and life style a charitable man.
The same out that was available to hitler.
Problem is...hitler’s eye’s weren’t opened to that “out” until after he had destroyed his country and his countrymen.
Yes. I asked for clarification on which specific word Orly used in the video: “encouraged” or “ordered.” I didn’t ask what the difference between them was as I knew the answer to that question. I watched the video several times and finally figured out that she used the word “encourages.”
Since Judge Carter hasn’t ruled on Orly’s motion for expedited discovery, it would be very odd for him to suddenly “order” discovery. And he didn’t.
I am affectionately calling Orly “Our Cousin Orly!”
Does he now? NOT if he is ineligible and is NOT really POTUS! Think about it. And I cannot see Biden doin it later when he is a caretaker rather than Acting President
At long last — FINALLY??? May the Lord watch over Orly and may He let the light shine on the truth!
I think Orly found possibly the one judge out of a few that may be honest enough to actually here the case.
My issue now is she is trying to get Gary Kreep dismissed from the case after the Judge told Orly and Kreep to work it out.
She may blow it up fighting Kreep. Judge Carter is fair and patient but her battle with Kreep may piss off this honorable Judge. She needs to focus on the big prize.
By fighting Kreep she will have three battles - Obama’s legal team, Kreep and then the judge. This could blow the case up.
He’s a mccain supporter, right?
I told him that my patience was limited, and since he has toned down a little bit!!!
This sounds very encouraging. It also makes me think about how good judges help attorneys become better attorneys.

Beck may be onto another Canada Free Press Story that they were working with North East Intelligence.
They have documents and testimony of Major News anchors from major Networks that were threatened by Obama Administration staff, NOT to bring up the BC or Natural Born Citizen issue.
great interview in archives at Laurie Roth (3 hours long), but I highly recommend it. They state that they are storing documents in the US and copies in Canada, and maybe one other Country, if I remember correctly. The investigator is no amateur.

To heck with BOR. He ridiculed Glenn Beck to his face when they were talking about 0bama’s Marxist connections. To paraphrase him “So what if there are communists in his administration? Communists were an external threat during the Cold War they’re no threat in this country.” That tore it for me. He’s on my ‘never watch list.’ He could have exclusive video of 0bammi being frog marched out of the WH and I wouldn’t watch it.
