The story making the claims came out months ago, and refers specifically to Obama's and the DNC's motion to dismiss and the request for a protective order. Both of which are on Berg's website.

It wasn't.
First, again, the story claims that those quotes were in the motion to dismiss and/or the request for a protective order in Berg's original lawsuit.
Second, the Israel Inside article appeared on October 22, 2008. Berg didn't file his Federal False Claims Act case until November 7, 2008. So now how could they have made such a request regarding something that hadn't even been filed at the time?
Third, in a Federal False Claims Act case, the defendants aren't served in the case nor are the defendants named supposed to know about it.
So, get to work and claim that $100.
